The Brew Ritual

Measure: Scoop 1 tablespoon into an infuser.
Steep: Pour 212°F (Boiling) water over the botanicals.
Time: Let it steep for 6–8 minutes. The color will turn deep ruby almost instantly, but the complexity of the Star Anise takes time to develop.
The "Mixologist" Tip: Serve in a crystal coupe glass with a single Star Anise pod floating on top. To transform it into a sparkling spritzer, brew as a concentrate and top with chilled tonic water.
